Wow! Is all I can say. After going to another dealership (who shall remain nameless) and being treated as if I was ignorant to the car buying game and I did not need my husband there. My first contact with Young Kia was pleasant from the start. I was asked a few questions so that my representative knew what I was looking for and we made an appointment. Once I arrived on the lot, everyone was very professional yet welcoming. Before I test drove anything, McKay told me what the Optimas have and what came with each package. He took all the time I needed to make sure I got the car I LOVE. When it came time to do run the numbers, I never felt pressured or as if I was being taken for. Everything was clearly explained. When the deal was made, it was a team celebration. I am truly amazed with how well the entire sale went. I appreciate what the team did to make it amazing and I recommend the team at YoungKia (I recommend you ask for McKay; he was great!) and the Optimas. Go take a test drive....I promise you will be surprised!

Young Kia in Kaysville Utah was a great buying experience. The staff really put us at ease. Aaron, Jared and Mckay really knew what they were doing and their confidence and helpful, patient attitude let us make an informed choice. We are very pleased with our new car and the overall experience at the dealership. I should have just stayed with one stop shopping at Young Kia and not have driven an entire day to the other dealerships.

I purchased my new car from Young Kia in Kaysville this week and I couldn't be happier!! :)  My salesperson, McKay Nichols, was very patient with my requests and 'picky-ness' that lasted nearly half the day.  This is my second purchase from here in the past 5 years, and if they keep up their great service, I will be back again.

The entire Young Kia in Kaysville team (McKay, the Service Team, the Sales Team, and the Finance team--especially Karen) all worked very well together and were all understanding, and accomodating, of my needs that were affected separately by each department.

Thank you Young Kia--keep up the great customer service, outstanding team members, and follow-up service!
