My name is Colten James Gittins. I was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. I graduated from Roy high School and am currently attending Weber State University in hopes to graduate with a degree in business management and Spanish. I have been married for two years now and love spending time with my beautiful wife Amber. I enjoy spending my time playing golf, going to the movies and trying the newest eateries.
I have worked with the Young Automotive Group for almost 3 years now.

From the very beginning I have felt that the company overall is one of the elite Utah Dealership groups. It provides superior training to not only create a professional atmosphere but also a pressure free experience for customers. I have learned so much over these past years. The greatest lesson of all is to be honest with yourself, honest with those you deal with and you will make an honest living.

I work at the Young Kia location in Kaysville.Ā  Kia is a wonderful automotive brand offering the longest and most comprehensive warranty in the industry. I have seen many customers come and leave in their new Kia's only to tell me later that they found peace of mind driving a car that not only provided a 5 star safety rating but helped keep money in their pockets with the overall value. We were referred to Young based on financing set up prior to going to even buying a car, but the referral turned out to be a gem! Colten (our salesman) was great to work with and the experience from beginning to end was great. They understood our needs and wants, did their best to fulfill them and made us feel at home. I'm usually not a big fan of any car dealership. I try to locate a vehicle on the internet and avoid as much contact with the local dealership as possible. I'd like to thank Young Kia, in Kaysville, for showing me how a car purchase can actually be a pleasant experience. I worked with Colten Gittins during my visits to the dealership. He seemed to sense how much help I needed or wanted and was there when I needed assistance and gave me space when I was trying to "noodle" advantages/disadvantages of different models. His product knowledge was very good and he pointed out features I might have overlooked. His followup after the sale is greatly appreciated. I found the entire staff at Young Kia to be helpful and professional. I consider myself a difficult customer and they all worked with me to insure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I bought a Optima EX and it has been great. I've taken it back for it's first oil change and the service department is as helpful and professional as the sales folks. I felt the people in the service department listened to my comments and spoke to me like I was family rather than just a number.

A Wonderful Experience

I have had multiple experiences in buying cars and I can honestly say none have been as pleasant as my time spent with Young Kia. We recently had some problems with credit and were really worried that we would not be able to get what we needed for our family. Colten Gittins was our salesman. He was very insightful about the kia brand and its advantages. He was low pressure and had an extensive knowledge of the cars we looked at. We had many questions about the company and they were all answered erasing any worry we had. Jared Price and Aaron Hancock helped us feel at ease with the buying process. We were very happy with the entire purchase and plan on buying again when the time comes. We love our Kia Optima!
